RUB Webmail The most important means of communication at the institute is your email. There you will receive all information about courses (cancellations/postponements), excursions and events at the university and our institute. We recommend that you check your email at least once a day, preferably more often. The RUB app provides a direct link to RUB Webmail. You can also integrate your email into various email clients or have it forwarded. Instructions for this can be found at IT Services. Moodle Moodle is the central learning platform at RUB. Here you can register for your courses, where lecturers will post course materials such as lecture slides, assignments, messages or test results. Messages are automatically sent to you by email. You should also be automatically added to the ‘Moodle Course GMG’. General information and dates for everyone are posted there. The RUB offers an introduction to Moodle, which you can find here.
